Panellets

In All saints' Day is tradition, in the Catalan Countries, to cook a sweet dessert called panellets (literally "little breads"). They are little cakes made mainly of almonds, potatoes or sweet potatoes and sugar. Lots of kinds of panellets can be done, with different shapes and flavors: chocolate, orange, coffee, lemon, etc. However, the most popular ones are round with pine nuts around.

Their origin, which is not clearly known, goes back to the 18th century, when people used to eat them in sacramental festivities.

Well... actually these panellets haven't been made by me, but by my mother. I could make you a caramel custard, but I think you would eat it too quickly to appreciate it. Two nyams and the plate would be empty :/ .
